Download Instructions:
  • Download Adoption application above
  • Save the file to a location on your computer
  • Open the file and fill out the shaded sections of the application. Please be sure to fill it out completely!
  • Save the file when you're done
  • Send an e-mail to Diamonds in the Ruff with the file you saved as an attachment

A Diamonds in the Ruff volunteer will message you once the application is received. Thank you for considering a rescue dog!
